Hi Olderbutnotwiser the usual is to weigh in at the weekend as it is easier for Louise to post all the loses then and if you could highlight any loses (or gains) in red please it will make it easier to find in amongst the chat. Welcome by the way and look forward to helping you along in your journey.
Im afraid that I am again a STS and getting very disheartened by the whole thing. It is my mums 70th this month and my sis and i have organised a surprised party and i just know that i am going to be the fat frumpy one there and am now really not looking forward to it:(
Never mind 3 weeks to go til the party surely i can lose something?
Good luck to everyone elsexx

I thought The Biggest Loser was fab last night - thought the green team Will and Paddy did the best, but Karen & hubby and Sara and sisterinlaw also great. The Biggest Loser has certainly been an inspiration for me. I weigh in on a Wednesday or Thursday morning only cos that was when I started my weigh ins and don't expect you to include me in Louise's chart, but thank you for letting me join in with you. Those of you who are staying the same or disheartened one of my "tricks" (always seems to help not cheating) is drink as much water as possible. I put some boiling water in to cold, makes it more appetising, and add a few drops of lemon juice. Whenever I make a tea or coffee at work I have a large beaker full (used to be a pint glass in my old WW days) and am sure that it helps by shedding more fluid. Good luck everyone and looking forward to hearing what you think of the DVD Callisto. WE CAN DO IT Billie x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0 -
