Hello all, a shade under 16st 7lb now so I'm claiming a total of 18 off since starting which I think is -2 since last post.

Life is good, with perhaps too many options ( all of them good) to choose from. Vera, my lovely old Camper, has to be sold so she is on Ebay (search on 'volkswagen campervan' she is the red and gold one with gold wheels) and currently has 110 watching and several bidders and untold numbers of Messages to be answered! Still, by the middle of next week I should be £7000 better off.

Week off next week with a house removal, lots of local walking and culminating with a long weekend in the Peak District to completely knacker me....but at least it should keep the wieght off.

Keep it up everyone....and if you can lose wieght whilst you are doing it, then all the better.:D
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

Shame Vera is going Pepe but what a way to go!!

I have had a fantastic week, back to work and feel really positive and energised after the turmoil of the past few months.

Good news - I passed the re-sit exam that I sat so I am now fully qualified:j

I am going to weigh in tomorrow but have a really good feeling about this week as I have been focused both with my food and the exercise.

Well done to the losers this week:T

keeping going with the walking. Over last 7 days:

    Saturday: 6 miles
    Wed: 4 miles
Thu: 2 miles (am breaking in some walking boots at the moment - this was their first trip out!)
Fri: 2 miles (bit out of breath as it was up a hill on the way back!)
Today: 2 miles (this felt like hard work, was just on the streets and up hill all the way back rather than somewhere with nice scenery and it took real effort but glad I did it)

Going to do 3 miles on the flat tomorrow in a part of Poole I never realised was by the water until recently so will be nice to discover.

Don't think it is making a difference weight wise, but my bum is starting to feel firmer :D :rotfl:

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Well done with all that walking BB, it will help with the weight in the long run especially when you start to speed up in time.

I am so pleased with myself this week as I have lost a whole 3 lbs

That is the most I have ever lost in a week and I know it will slow down from this point but I actually feel like this healthy eating and exercise malarky is starting to work:)

Keep up the good work everyone, I will update the tracker today.
