  • Well I found out yesterday that I need this thread more than ever. I have a fatty liver disease and must lose the weight. Often liver disease is alcohol realted but mine is realted to obesity. Can get quite bad as well if I do not take my lifestyle in hand. So I will be here for ages and ages. Going to be all good news in the future as I want rid of the pain and the incessant itching ASAP. It is reversible hopefully as no damage done yet other than laying down fat. So onwards at speed lol

    Good Luck millionaire.
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • :j Go MIT you can do it!!!

Have lost 2Lbs this week, wich is good considering I have had 8 Units of Alcohol this week!!!! far more than normal, I was so convinced I was going to gain, but it has made me realise that it is only the amount I have to loose that has made this possible and that the more I loose the less room there is for "treats"

Must keep walking, must keep walking........... keep it low everyone

I am on target for 1lb this week, only hope it will stay off until my official way in day tomorrow! Have to go to a menu tasting with work tonight - which whilst it is lovely is a real pain as I can't choose what I eat. Oh well just have to hope that my lunch time stair walking has burnt of enough calories to cover it! :o
