I have a food diary with calories in a spreadsheet (excel) which I have been doing for about 18 months. It does help me to not put on weight if I "confess" everyday and I can see if my calorie count gets to high (no burying my head in the sand). It helped me lose 10 pounds last year and is keeping me STS at the moment.

It also tells me that I can do better.

    Shaggyx :D
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

  • Well done to all the losers

0 weightloss for me this week. Started off really well but have had some key events to go to! At least I didn't gain. More exercise this next week so fingers crossed it will be more productive next week. I'm, having a very slow start but no one to blame but myself!!

Good luck to everyone in the coming week

    Morning All

I am not weighing in today as I can still physically feel the meal I had last night on my stomach, will weigh in tomorrow:o

BB that is amazing progress with your walks, it really is surprising how quickly you can build up your stamina and will help the weight drop off.

I think I need to go back on some kind of plan as my progress has been dismal this time around. Think I will dig out my Slimming W0rld books.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
  • Well I will make you all feel virtuous as I put on 5lb this week !!! I mean who puts on 5lb in a week fgs. Need to get back on track big time as I have a big wedding in June and I want to look lush.:o
