  • Ah well...a gain of 2.25lbs for me this week. Bah. But it's been my DH's birthday and I haven't really done much exercise and whatnot, so I must just vow to do better this next week. I'm still on course...just not as quickly as I would've liked

So, last night I did the Shred, and I will be MUCH stricter after this weekend.

Oops, missed the end of January somehow!
Anyhoo, am now 232lbs ( 16st 8lb) which is a total of 16lbs off since start...I think that was -6 pounds for the Month.

More importantly, I've now lost 6 inches off the waist since starting. Living at Parents can be a bit diff foodwise so I've commandeered a fridge shelf.....its the one with all the blueberries and pomegranate juice and good quality meat ( not the slimy, wafer-thin stuff they seem to like, yuk!), and the plentiful supply of citrus fruit which is helping enormously in the get-the-fat-out process.

Got a good 5 mile circuit on the country roads around here which takes bang-on an hour to do but I cant do it at School Run time as all the cars going to Dorton School ( what-what) are huge 4WDs driven by tiny blonde bimbettes who can barely reach the pedals ( espesh the brake one) let alone the steering wheel, phone and compact mirror at the same time!!!! I thought women could multi-task.

On a personal front, life couldn't be better. Chin up Lou XX.

Keep it up, losers......and if you aren't a loser, you're not a winner either, so sort it! X
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

I thought I might have lost a bit this week but no STS. Pah!:o
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

1lb ON  obviously the lack of exercise has done it regardless of how healthy I have eaten this week.

    Un-deterred though :)
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
