    STS for me this week.

Pepe, thanks for the great advice about walking! Did manage to walk 7 miles yesterday, we were aiming for about 5 miles, but got a bit lost! Also completed 3 miles today, so I'm pleased that I'm getting back into exercising again.

No probs Callisto. Dont know which bit of Worcs you are in but if you want an invigorating walk , park on the Ledbury Road A449 ( by the Malvern Hills Hotel) and walk up to the British Camp at the Southern end of the Malverns. Its only a couple of miles but you know you've done it....just dont go into the little shop by the Hotel and fill up on hot chocolate and cake afterwards.
A walk from the car park to North hill and back is a good days walk, and I'll allow you to go to the Tea Shop at St Annes Well if you're good...grrrreat cake!

After a weekend of excess I am plucking up the courage to assault the scales....good job they a'ren't talking ones as I feel that it would be 'get off you fat git!' that they would be screaming!
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

  • Hi all!

Today is my weigh-in day and I am stoked to say that this week I am -2.75lbs cheerleader3.gif

Very pleased with that after my gain last week, and I'm still on course for my target with a loss of approx 2.3lbs per week. I've also lost 0.6 off my BMI, which is a bonus.

Well done to all the other losers!! :T
