    STS this week. I was on for a 2 pound loss as at Thursday but I've stepped onto a bit of an icy skating rink since then and need the stabilisers for a few days.....however, I feel I will be doing a double toe loop and a triple salco in no time at all ;)

    I was brave and got on the scales yesterday and was STS which I was pleased with.:j

    I am very much in danger of ending the year exactly where I started it :o I suppose that is some sort of small victory.....:rotfl:

    What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    I've totally fell off the weight loss wagon this past month :(:( but will join you all again in the new year when I'm hopefully not too much heavier after all that yummy christmas food :D:D

    So I hope you all have a fabulous christmas, will catch up with you all again in 2011.
