Just returned from a trip to Washington, Tyne & Wear, not USA! with a load of chicken.
Loads of snow and people on the road who shouldnt really be there...apologies ( sort of) to the twit who who pulled out in front of me at Peterlee and then did 25mph, at least the pressure wave from my truck cleared the snow from your car!

Wasnt wearing a little black dress, but did behave myself on coffee and M&S Pastries, which was a miracle for me on a long trip.
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !

Sorry Snowbrow, I have sort of given up on myself lately, havent felt comfortable posting as I am seriously in trouble with my overeating:o

Got on the scales on Sunday and I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life. We are hardly getting any walks due to the weather and my snacking has gone out of control.

Lots of things going on at home but still, no excuse.

Just not in a good place at the moment sorry:(
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I'm still putting my calories into a spreadsheet everyday! I'm determined to try and not give up completely! Last year from 20th Nov to 4th Jan I put on 11 pounds:eek::eek::eek: I can't do that this year - STS would be an achievement for me!:)
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
