Well I've got a flu/cold bug thing so this is dramatically affecting the way I eat - I either don't feel hungry or when I do I want to pig out on macaroni cheese or mashed potato or something comfort food-y. So far today all I've had is 5 fish fingers and one of those new shape (or is it ski?) chocolate desert things which to me taste like the alpro soya chocolate deserts!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170

Haven't shifted any weight in the last two weeks, but I need some new belts. I seem to be shrinking.......maybe I'm turning into a black hole by becoming gradually more dense!
I am excercising more though so maybe I'm becoming a trim, taut Adonis:D:D stay wonky

ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Good morning all
A loss of 2lb this week, but more importantly someone at work asked if I'd lost weight - woo hoo!!!
Amazing how that has inspired me to carry on and try a bit harder! Just to pass it on a bit - if you've lost weight this week / month /year - well done, your body will thank you for it and you'll feel better for it:rotfl:
CbmJan 08: Debt £15,211 :eek: Debt cleared April 30th 2010Proud to have dealt with my debt! Currently building up savings.:TWith enormous thanks to everyone on the forums and:money:0 -
Managed to lose .5 lb this week which is a bit dismal but better off than on:)
Life seems to be running away with me at the moment between working and studying, exam is in 8 days time so I should have more time in my head to re-focus on shifting those lbs.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0
