ooh, you caught them by seconds buffy!!!
oooh, don't cry........you'll set me off!!
I am pleased, yes. I just keep in my mind that really I have it all still to do again so I'm a long way off where I want to be and I have to stay utterly focused .
I got a refund cheque for overpaid gas and electric when I switched suppliers last month that totalled £250. I then discovered £20 in an old account a couple of days ago and the rest is bits over the last couple of months. I have about £270 to come at some point from quidco so that will go into the pot eventually"Stay Wonky":D

I am very ashamed of who I was physicallyand I don't want people to think I now look 'great' by leaving them up, because I don't - yet.
I will tease though with piccies as time goes on and I'll leave some up permanently when I get to my target"Stay Wonky":D

Hi everyone! I managed to STS this week. But it's quite good considering one of the doctors on my ward treated us all to pizza on Friday night which was so good, I just couldn't resist! You really are. The coat is lovely.:D
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
happy to see you and B for a shake anytime Sally xx
I don't know what I feel about what I'm doing/have done some times......I need to keep in my head that whatever weight I lose, I still need to be 'happy' and that weighing less won't necessarily be the magical answer to everything....I could easily put it all back on if something happened - it's why I put weight back on last time I lost a fair bit......"Stay Wonky":D
