Aww I missed your pics BB but just from reading your posts I know you're inspirational!

Been on nights this week so only actually eating one meal a day and taking fruit to snack on during the night. But been a bit naughty tonight and had a couple (ok 6) squares of Galaxy chocolate, but then I figure I'm not getting all my calories for the day hehe.

Hello, I haven't had a chance to read through all of this thread yet but would like to join in if that's ok please! I have a total of 10lbs to lose by mid March if possible...so at least a couple of lbs by the end of the year (must avoid most of the yummy Xmas food!).

I have carried these extra 10lbs on my stomach for far too long now & I need to do something about it for when I am Maid of Honour in my best friend's wedding next year & to simply feel a bit better about myself, it's becoming quite a confidence killer...

If anyone has any tips for me I'd be very grateful! I do taekwon do twice a week & had started running but the weather seems to have put a stop to that already :( Does anyone have a good cardio workout that I can do inside?

I am trying to eat a bit better & look forward to reading through this thread & getting a few recipes & ideas on how to get back to my ideal weight!

    Morning All :hello:

STS for me. Slightly disappointing as I have really upped my exercise over the last 2 weeks averaging an hour a day. I managed 1 hour 40 mins on my exercise bike on Thursday night.bike.gif

Trouble is I think exercising makes me hungrier :p :EasterBunHowever, the exercise is good for me.

I notice from my dieting diary that from the 10th of November 2009 to 4th of Jan 2010 I managed to put on 11 POUNDS last year  So I know I must be vigilant from here on. I CANNOT put on 11 pounds this year!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Hi everyone I lost 2lbs this week! That's what working nights does to you, you only end up eating one meal a day and snacking during the night (on fruit this time I might add!)
