Well done to the losers i am also in danger of weighing the same which is really annoying more so cause it is all my own fault. Also mum and sis have lost about 2 stone each and it just makes me sad to see myself in such a mess. But only i can do something about it so thats what i will do with the support on here. Will weigh myself on Mon and hopefully post a loss. Good luck to everyone xx0

No loss for me this week but no gain either. However one of my tops that I bought specifically for my holiday and I couldn't squeeze myself into now fits! :j So maybe its inches I am losing instead of lbs.0

I haven't even bothered weighing in this week. For a start it's totm so that won't help. Nor will the family bag of maltesers/giant buttons and fruit pastilles I ate this week
I have totally lost all ability to control myself at the moment. Half of me really wants to get back to my ideal weight, the other half of me is just so sick of being on a diet I can't be bothered anymore.
I might try harder next week... probably won't though :rotfl::A

Another STS for me although if I'm not careful I will start putting on weight. It's been a difficult week. I sat in my old (by then empty) house on my own for over an hour on Thursday evening sobbing knowing that part of my life was over as my ex completed the sale on Friday (not that I wanted to be with him, just all the thoughts surrounding the past and how I felt about his actions that led to him selling), Charlie isn't settling yet in his new house although I know it is early days (I went to see him there yesterday, suggested we leave him for 10 minutes, recorded the sound and came back to crying and howling on the recorder
) and my grandad died the early hours of yesterday.....
I am ok now about my ex selling the house and just needed to let it all go emotionally, but am concerned about Charlie settling, he was like a puppy at the door trying to get out to be with my ex when we tried to leave him yesterday and my ex has been offered a days work on Wednesday, although he has said he won't do it if Charlie doesn't settle a little more today/tomorrow. Good job I've never had kids, I'd be a right clingy mother.....
Waiting to hear from family over the next couple of days and guess I will be travelling north some time next week for the funeral.
Got a night/day out coming up very soon and am very much looking forward to it."Stay Wonky":D

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Just bringing the thread to the front again in the hope that you havent forgotten your promises.
Been a bit of a splurge on bad food and drink recently but been tempering that with plenty of excercise. Must be brave and weigh myself this weekend.
Keep it up!:D stay wonky

Hello all
T'is the season for little black dresses, sparkly tights etc. Thanks to this thread I'm not in last year's rent-a-tent, (although quite a way from needing a little black dress :rotfl:)
Went out last night for dinner, one of OH's relatives birthdays. Food was only 'ok' so I didn't feel too bad about not having a pud, a single course and no wine. Nevertheless, another STS for me this week, sigh. If there was an award for most STS I wonder if it would be me, I guess I should just be pleased that since May the weight has been creeping down rather than creeping on, but it is frustrating.
Hope everyone has a good week - apparantly some people really like this time of year :santa2::cool:
