    How are things going folks?

Hope you are all being good:A

Today I put some stewing steak in the slow cooker (£3.16 enough for 4 ) and poured over Asda Beef in Ale jar of sauce. Bunged it in the Slow Cooker this morning and the smell that greeted me when I walked in the house was deeeelllllllishhhhh.

Boiled up a few pots and carrots and Bobs your Uncle. So pleased with myself as Thursday was always one of the danger days foodwise when I always get an attack of the C.B.A's:o

Havent been out for a walk for a couple of days now as it just hasnt stopped raining:mad:

Reporting in Lou....I have been good since Sunday and I feel soooooooooooooooooooo much better for it! Even the PMT is slightly more under control due to the healthy eating!

Really glad to hear that Sally, it doesnt take long for the healthy eating to put a renewed spring in your step I reckon.

  • Well, all things considered not a bad day! Last day of half-term for us, so a family day out! Pizza Express with tesco vouchers and I had salad and didn't have desert. Cinema and I did not succomb to ben and jerry's icecream nor popcorn! I (sadly) gave in to a bar of chocolate this evening .... but for me it's a great start! Still recovering from the price of a family ticket at the cinema - 3d doesn't help either! No wonder we were 4 of 7 people watching the film!!!!

Horrible cold this week bit still did 70 hours at work. fuelled by sugar and caffeine .
Not weighing until after this weekends activities , got a cottage just outside Ross on Wye and will either be doing the 3 Castles walk (19 miles) or Pen y Fan (8miles, 2500 ft climb ). Surely that must shift something.
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !

Wow I am tired just reading about all that! I must be getting old, after a 40 hour week I am pooped and find it hard to get motivated, I'm in awe. Get well soon ;)

Jumped on my cross trainer tonight and did half an hour while listening to my iPod, but have undone all that after OH brought a takeaway home for us *curses*

I'll be good all weekend with no treats and I'm hoping that might cancel some of the bad stuff out.

I lost a smidge this week but nothing o jump up and down about :o However, I did manage to get exercise everyday and am back using my exercise bike so there is still hope :D

    Good Luck Everyone. smiley_goodluck.gif
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Thankfully I am back in control and have managed to lose 1lb this week. Slightly disappointed but a loss is a loss:)

Going to use the same approach as last weekend and timetable my time so that I can get the most out of my Sat and Sun.

Exhaust is blowing on the car so off to the garage first to get that sorted then out for a nice 6 miler.

Fireworks here tonight so will make a healthy Jacket spuds and have beans , cheese and some of the leftover chilli (yes there is STILL some left but in the freezer) as toppings. Hot dogs for the kids which I dont like anyway.

Looking forward to lots of losses this weekend ladies and gents:D
