well done Sally and Toto xx
-2 for me this week. I'm pleased with that because I'm still struggling a bit with the return from holiday and also the emotional stuff going on with my ex's move and all the help I'm giving him to organise all the aspects of it. It's been stuff like picking at cooked meats (mostly shared with Charlie so kind of halving the issue because I'm halving the calories I could have eaten  ) but that's a big thing to be eating whilst on CD because the calorie intake is so low. When my ex moves I know I will slowly get my head back together with regards to food and I am happy to just either stay still at the moment or make small steps forward (relatively speaking when losses are usually 4 or 5 pounds).
So, 88 pounds in total and 14 on the challenge. 17 to go to reach my goal on this challenge."Stay Wonky":D

Also....this cheered me up yesterday.
I have been looking for a cheap winter coat on ebay, in the hope that it will only be needed for 1 winter so don't want to spend much.
Anyway, on my ebay travels I spotted this coat and thought it would be ideal for Spring because of the colours. It's an Ann Harvey coat so is always going to come up very generous on the sizes but I bid and won it on Friday and it arrived yesterday. It's beautiful, really lovely and a bit darker than in the photo which suits me even more because the colours weren't what I normally would choose. It was £16 so a bit more than my budget but I knew because of the size it will do me even when I've lost weight and Anne Harvey stuff is lovely, quality wise and suits my shape.
It is a little tight round the top of the arms and across the back and I can only get it over a camisole top at the moment so I think around 2 stone away from fitting properly. I was chuffed with this because other than that it fits quite nicely already and has a lovely fitted cut to it......and it's only a size 16"Stay Wonky":D

BB - I think its spectacular that you're still losing weight even with the 'stuff' going on around you. Here's hoping for a more settled spring-time - wearing the fab new coat. What will you do though when you have to wear three jumpers to bulk it out lol!
Just 1 lb loss for me this week. Which is good as its the lb I put on last week, but really means that since 2nd October I've only lost 2 lb, which is rather disappointing. I might have to find some better scales, as mine weigh in 2lb chunks so its hard to be accurate - I see that some of you can monitor your weightloss to the .5 lb, would that be encouraging or depressing I wonder!
Cheers all
