have remained at 240lbs over the Xmas period. Start walking again tomorrow and am planning a 20 mile along the Ridgeway on Sunday....I will try NOT to include lunch at a Pub!
If I take a flask of my favourite Hazlenut coffee it may stop me wanting food.
Intention is to continue losing size through excercise ( now down 3 belt notches) and to get rid of at least 2lb nett each month.....not much I know but I cant stand skinny men and never want to be one!

yes, but that is still nearly 2 stone in a year (and at least 2 belt notches), so WILL be an excellent achievement.

Well I jumped on the scales this morning (and I was a pound down on 4 days ago :j) so now I know the awful truth :eek:.
Day 1 and I will try and eat less and get some exercise :A

I'm getting on the scales tomorrow to re-start. I've cleared the fridge of a few bits that were hanging around, I'm stepping the water up today and will step forward to join the ranks proper tomorrow

Here we go folks........
I have dusted off the spreadsheet weightloss tracker, given it a new spring makeover and reset the dates.
The end of this 10 week challenge leads us up to 13th March when we should be seeing daffodils and crocuses so I have named this challenge the:Spring Weighloss ChallengeSo lets start the new year with our targets.......
I am serously needing to lose a whole stone to get back to my target and MrJ needs to lose 6lb so I have added that to the tracker. Could everyone kindly check the tracker in post 1 as I am totally lost off with losses to date and targets.
I am looking forward to a healthier and lighter 2011......this decade is going to be fantastic!!!!!But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Please put me down for 25 pounds in the next 10 weeks. If I stay on CD I should surpass that but it's much harder to get back on than to start the very first time which is why I'm being a little more conservative than normal. However, I have worked out that to lose another 3.5 stone by my birthday in May I need to lose 2.5 pounds a week so that ties in nicely with my goal for the next 10 weeks. I'm also more than likely going to do a slightly higher plan on CD than I did for the first 6 stone because whilst it drops off at 5 and 6 a week there are a couple of side effects that I don't want to continue so am going to do the 810 plan I think to start with.
