:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: is all I have to say on the matter of how the last few weeks have finally caught up with me
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
However, I am ready to move forwards and put the turbulence of the last few weeks behind me. If temporarily gaining a few pounds is the only 'cost' of losing the 14 stone of deadweight that has been around my neck for nearly the last 8 years then it has been utterly worth it. It has also been Christmas etc so I'm fine about a gain, it was going to be expected and I am still re-educating my brain about my relationship with food.
The last few weeks haven't all been about having to deal with bad stuff. They have been well and truly balanced with some really amazing times and I am so very, very happy with my life and the possibilities it now holds. It's go, go, go to head for that size 14 outfit
Just keep me away from the Waitrose Brioche for the time being please"Stay Wonky":D

Is there any chance I could do this too?
I am getting married in August this year and need to lose weight to fit into my dress (Nothing like pressure - heh?!?!)
I weigh (huhmmm)... 14st 11lbs (O.M.G x 1000 000 000 000 000) and would like to lose 14lbs by the spring (at least!)

One of my friend's children asked me if I was having a baby - admittedly the context of the conversation was my friend had just had a baby and she was patting her tummy to see if their was another one then she moved on to mine and said is your tummy going to have a baby....................
That has NEVER happened to me before and I am quite gutted.
so. walking vid tomorrow. For this month i will do the Leslie Sansone walking programme - its six weeks long so some point in Feb I will start the Shred.........or one of my MANY exercise videos...........
She(Lesley) has MP3 on Amazon but it seems to just be cheap versions of songs rather then her guiding you if you see what I mean?
xxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -
Sorry Buffy but.........:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
sorry.
Well done for getting back into the exercise again, it really does help shift those lbs.
OH and I are off out today to a local nature reserve to do some walking as I am finding our regular route just a tad boring.
No chocolates left for us to munch either as the boys have taken what are left into their rooms and hidden them.
Welcome all the newcomers, I have added everyone onto the spreadsheet that has requested it.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Hi everyone
Thanks for doing the challenge again Lou, it is the only thing that has worked for me over the last few years.
We're spending the week decorating lounge & dining room so I'm not expecting too much exercise or sensible eating this week (more like flopping with comfort food), but over the whole challenge hope to lose another stone so please can you put me down for 14lbs.
New carpet is coming on Friday :T
