Hoping I can join in need some motivation just piling on pounds at moment.
Weight at mo 12st 5lbs, and my height is 5ft 5ins. Would be happy to shed anything before dreaded xmas party!!!!!!!!! Going thru a lot of stress at moment, know thats not really an excuse, would be so happy to get to 11st 7lbs. Should I start with aiming for under 12st as now since reached 50 impossible to shift anything. B'day next week which wont help.
Think if I just had some support, have a b/f who keeps saying he is not concerned about my weight - well if he isnt why does he keep saying that?!!

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Just a shade over 238lb yesterday , so I am claiming my 10lbs marker .:D

....one of the butchers I deliver to had just got the rotisserie fired up and sausages cooking at 6a.m .....git! Now I have a craving for sausage sandwich . The only thing stopping me is the fact that any place I could stop and get one will have sausage flavoured greasy bready things ...yak!
Theres always Bacon though, and I have been very good .
Working towards a 20 mile walk on 24th, that should help 'blubber-watch' .

    Morning everyone

Keep away from those sausages Pepe, bacon is a much safer option (so long as it's lean):D

20 miles walk is a very long way...... my feet always hurt after our daily 6 milers.

Fantastic losses here again:T I should be on track for a small loss myself too:)

    Catch you all later xx
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I leaned against truck whilst eating my Bacon sarnie, Lou. Does that count?
10 to 15 miles never usually a problem......never, ever had a blister on foot as always wear top quality thin socks next to skin ( Bridgedale , brilliant !) And thicker ones on top ....even in summer.
Getting 3 miles every afternoon , takes 36 minutes and is definitely needed after 500 km sat on my bum in the Volvo.
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

We had a Chinese TakeAway last night (we don't do this very often!) so I was too scared to get on the scales this morning. I will get on next Saturday.
