  • Welcome back BB, and hope things are better now Louise.

1lb loss for me this week.

Are we starting another challenge? I'm pleased to have taken part in the last two challenges, but 16lb loss over 20 weeks is not particularly impressive is it! Note to self: *must try harder* :o

Hey BB, welcome back from your holiday.

This was the first thread I came to read this morning to see how you had got on. Seems funny to say that seven pounds is a good result, but as others have said that is so easily done on a holiday anyway, without having been on CD, and especially as I seem to remember that you were aware that it could be at least 10 pounds.

Well done (and the photos really show the loss)

From your number one cheer leader :j:j

    oh, thankyou :o:o:o:o

doing ok so far back on CD. Holiday was..........well i will call it 'fraught' on more than a couple of occasions and whilst I am on the winning side of fighting the food demons at the moment I am having to monitor myself really closely today as I have heard the 'oh start tomorrow and have some chocolate/roast dinner' voices heard. I think if I hadn't have had a comment last night of 'you are really going to struggle to re-start and if you lose the weight you will struggle to keep it off' I think I would have eaten today and re-started CD tomorrow but that 'oh you think so do you?' voice won and in a perverse way it's those comments which are helping keep me fired up. Selfish I know and wrong but it's how I now feel.

No. It re-starts today. Not tomorrow.

it's a brilliant loss!! That would equate to around 40 pounds in a year and that's definitely not to be sniffed at!

    Sounds great to me :T:T
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

:xmastree:Its that time of year again:xmastree:
Time for a Christmas Countdown Weight loss Challenge!
We have 10 weeks leading up the big day which means we will all look a little more slinky in our LBD's or New Christmas Jumper ;)
If you would like to join in with this new challange just post how much you would like to lose in the next 10 weeks and I will update the tracker.
Once again could everyone have a look at their carried forward weight losses to check for accuracy. Let me know of any changes :D
Good luck everybody, lets end the year on a high!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Woohooo Well mines spot on Lou, 45lbs lost & the christmas challenge target is 10lb!

I have a size 12 purple jewelled grecian dress in my wardrobe I bought in the sales last year, I tried it on last night and it very nearly fits although I cant quite do it up all the way yet!
But I will be wearing this for my work christmas party!!

Come on everyone we can do it, the party season is coming ............
  • Put me down for....hmm....actually I'm going to challenge myself and change my thoughts of the weekend and say ....31 pounds for me in this challenge....odd amount I know but that will take me to a 7.5 stone total loss and I have decided to really go for it ;)

Thankyou Lou for setting this up xx
