Hiya everyone, back from my holidays and all I can say is i am superglad I was in credit with my weight before I went!! felt really fat and yukky when I got back though, we'd been bad but had fun. SO here is the story, It may be a little confusing so apologies if it is!
Before I left I had lost a further 1lb, not sure if that went on the sheet or not lou? while I was away I put 3lb back on meaning my weight was just one lb below what it was when I startedI have just weighed myself (a day late, sorry) and have lost a lb since tuesday :j so 2lb below my starting weight.. bah!! hopefully a big loss planned for this week as I am religiously gyming at the mo and have a half marathon to run tomorrow morning. Gulp!!
well done to everyone so far you are all doing brilliantly!

Hi all or boa tarde!
I am back Saturday and have bizarrely started to look forward to being back on cd and the continuing of my weight loss journey. I have been half good in that I have not had fried foods, cakes, biscuits etc but my bread gene seems to have been awoken after 4 months of slumbers. Only drinking in the evening and then not huge amounts. Because of being on cd though I feel a spectacular gain awaits but that is fine.
Very hot today. Had lots of time to think about lots of things and have made a few plans in my head generally.
The number I put forward for the next challenge depends on my gain but I will be looking to hit 100 off in total by Christmas so that will factor in things on Sunday .
See you all then xxxx"Stay Wonky":D
