I'm a disappointing STS this week. Must try harder:cool:
ShaggyWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -
Louise, Sorry to hear about your m-i-l.

But I did dance like a loon for 3 hours Thursday night, and wandered aroun d town for about the same today, so I be keeping active...

Good Morning everyone.
I have updated the spreadsheet this morning but if you wouldn't mind having a quick check just incase I have missed any that would be great.
Unsurprisingly I have put weigh back on to the tune of 2lbs which I shall start to do something about today!
MrJ is hovering around his target.
I came across this the other day and I though it was quite apt......Confidence in nowNow is where you are.
Now is where to focus your efforts and attention.
Now you can act and get results.
Now you can make a difference and have an influence.
It makes no sense to concern yourself now with your shortcomings in the past.
Now is when you can do what you were previously unable or unwilling to do.
There is time to live your life and that time is now.
There is time to experience joy, love and fulfillment, and that time is now.
There is nothing you need before you can act, because you are already here and now.
There is much that you can do, so do it now.
Make complete, effective use of this moment. And know the power of claiming full confidence in now.

Hello, I did join this thread months ago...but i sort of lost my motivation...I haven't really put on much weight but feel that I need to lose some...especially when I have a muffin top over my size 12 jeans...realistically i should get a 14 but i refuse & can't really afford to.
My aim is to be 10 stone by xmas...currently 10s 12lb as of this morning!! and i'm only 5.3!
Breakfast today branflakes with ss milk & 2 slices wholemeal toast. Hopefully this will stop me snacking until lunch!
I'm off for a 1/2 hr walk to town to research 'not buy' xmas presents..hopefully rain has eased off.

hi all
2 pounds off this week, pleased with that as I've been on the higher plan. Total of 30 on the challenge and 81 overall. I've dipped 1 pound into the next stone bracket which when I started CD was my fantasy place to be at when I went on holiday so very chuffed at that. I've also now lost 9.5 inches off my waist so although my loss over the last 2 weeks has been small, I'm still shrinking
I'll be back to next weigh in on the 17th Oct, the last day of the challenge. I can't see I'll only put on 2 pounds (ie the 2 I now have 'in reserve') but whatever I put on whilst away will form part of the 10 week challenge that starts from the 17th and I will have that gain off within the first 2 weeks of the challenge"Stay Wonky":D

Well done BB. I love the determination that you have regarding any weight gain from your holiday, and the knowledge it will be gone before it knows about it!OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

yep, I'll be straight back on plan. I have already decided that it will be 30 pounds for the next challenge which will take me to around 8 stone off depending on how much I gain whilst away.
