Hey girls hope everyones well?
I have hurt my knee quite badly this past week and been told to rest for a month, with no exercise other than swimming or risk permanent damage gulp!
Boo however I am trying to maintain my current weight by eating sensibly and swimming, fingers crossed I can do that, but I probably wont be making much progress over the next month, it will be alot of sts I think!0 -
that doesn't sound good snowbrow. Can you do water aerobics as an alternative to swimming?

Mmm not sure, the only reason I'm allowed to swim is because it takes the weight off of my knee! :cool:0 -
Ah, Snowbrow has a brilliant.idea! Eating sensibly and swimming .....at the same time? That must work ! With the rain here at Smithfield Market this morning I feel that I am going some way to achieving that ......the Danish Pastry has got raisins in it and they are healthy , so there!
.....and I did walk to the cafe at the far end of the market too.....:D stay wonky

And here I am again.... Going to start slimming world this week. On my own though cos i can't afford the online fees and I haven't got time to go to a bloomin class...although I may rethink that one.
Can anyone explain extra easy to me.....
I have made myself a meal plan from the mags but not really sure what I am doing
I am having boiled egg with two pieces of small wholemeal for breakfast and slimming world chilli potato skins for lunchQuality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Sam I have started the very same thing this morning, having a green day today.
Extra easy as far as I can fathom is basically anything from Green or Original days but you restrict your Healty extras to one A&B instead of 2.
There is also a dedicated SW thread on the forums somewhere with a SW consultant that will answer any questions too.
Here is my meal plan for the day for Green
B-All Bran with skimmed milk (HEA)
L- Jacked spud with beans and some sliced pineapple
D-Couscous with roasted veg, muller light yogurt
Supper will be a slice of WM bread with some melted cheese (HEB) (HEA)But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
I am well confused. will go find the slimming world thread. My lunch was yummy but took forever to make. However, I have enough for tomorrows lunch.Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

EE is anything from the red free list and anything from the green free list and you can have both on the plate. If you have any item outside those lists with a syn value, count the lower value (ie if 3 on green and 1 on red, it's 1 syn). Have 1 HE instead of 2.
