underwear shopping over lunch (well, at the browsing stage at the moment!).........going to have to order a selection of sizes as I'm really not sure where I am at the moment . I've measured and have a size but with all the different brands etc will have to do a bit of experimenting......
Slipping back in CD much more easily than I thought I would, so I'm pleased. Was a bit hungry this morning and heard my tummy rumble during a conversation earlier about monkfish, duck breasts, thai curry and parma ham..... .....yum........anyone fancy cooking me dinner ? I'll even offer to wash up"Stay Wonky":D

Thanks all for your thoughts about when weight loss shows. Hopefully it won't be long and I'll notice a difference in my clothes.Burlesque_Babe wrote: »Slipping back in CD much more easily than I thought I would, so I'm pleased. Good to hear you've got back into 'the zone' BB - and thanks for your offer to wash up! The dinner you descibe wouldn't happen here though; I'm a veggie see - perhaps you should only have discussions involving a load of old lentils - very few people get excited by them

Hi, I would like to try this. I am 5ft6 and weigh 14stn. I would like to lose 7lbs for 13th November and a total of 10lb by Christmas. I will set new targets after christmas.
I will achieve this by cutting down on portion sizes, making lots of homemade soups and stews, cutting down on alcohol and exercising more.
Please add me to your spreadsheet.
Thank you.Grocery Challenge 2018

I have updated the tracker with everyones targets for Christmas, if I have thanked you then that means I have put your target on.
I think I may need to hunt some people down though................But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
