    Me too :(........
What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

I have updated the tracker with everyones targets for Christmas, if I have thanked you then that means I have put your target on.

I think I may need to hunt some people down though................

Sorry - do I have to set a new target?

morning.....bit bleary eyed feeling this morning........

quickly woke up though when I remembered it was weigh in day!!

-12 lb off for me this week :D That's the holiday 7lb and another 5!! I am over the moon at that as I was happy to lose the 7 over 2 weeks! Takes me to 6 stone 2 overall (86 pounds) and 19 more to go on this challenge. D

I am determined to be at 100 pounds off by the end of November now. Bring it on :D

    OMG that's awesome.

Morning all! Well done BB for an amazing loss!

Well I weighed myself at the weekend and am approx 9 1/2 stone (varying slightly depending which room the scales are in!). What really shocked me is that my OH is lighter than me! :(

So time to get myself sorted - healthier eating and more exercise.

PMSL! He is taller than me but rather skinny - he eats the same as me but minus breakfast, so it's blatantly not fair! *stamps foot*

Was a bit ashamed of my 3lb gain last week , however that had been sorted by my weekend walk with the Long Distance Walking Association ......18.7 miles , 5 hrs 20 mins . The 3lbs have gone again now , that was probably the weight of my knees which fell off at about the 16 mile mark !
Back into my fast 3 miles each afternoon now.
    So at 238lbs, that's 10 off in total , I think I said 10 more by Xmas , fool.
Keep it up. I cam recommend the LDWA , v friendly group Google them as they are nationwide and don't expect you to be an athlete !
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D
