Hi psycho :hello: Thanks for your post. The chocolate was yum - turkish delight mmm. :) Hugs back to you, hope your weekend is ok.

Finally got a letter from the admin bank saying they have got all the paperwork sorted and will be in touch soon for me to start doing some work for them. :j Will still be looking out for permanent jobs but at least it will keep me going.

Went into town with OH and had a wander about but got bored shopping even though we had vouchers. Went for some lunch and a couple of drinks and then came home.

Just chilling out with the cats and watching tv.

I'm afraid I'm with the other Sarah, Sashybo! Turkish Delight is yacky:eek:
But a BIG hurrah for you hearing about the bank admin job!! Things are definitely looking up, and it will soon be April so hopefully nice weather. Although now the weather people are predicting a hot summer I'm not so sure! Why can't they just stop with the rpedicting as they always seem to get it wrong!!
Hope the weather is better up your way now. I managed to get three loads of washing out on the line to dry yesterday. I was in my element. Not so much now it all needs ironing though!!!

My life is so rock and roll:D

    Hi Sarah and sazzle. :hello:

 How dare you say Turkish Delight is yuck!:D

Lucky you sazzle being able to hang out your washing, I miss being able to do that as we don't have a garden being in a flat. Nothing smells as nice as washing that's been hung out to dry on the line.

Yes I'm feeling less worried now as at least I know I have the admin bank as backup. Now worrying about my group assessment thing tomorrow night, don't know what to expect which always makes it worse.

Not sure if I will be getting paid on Wednesday - think I will at least get half pay though. Hope so, otherwise we will be struggling and I don't have a start date for the admin bank.

No real plans for today, need to do some housework though. Looks like it's going to be raining on and off today, very dull and gray.

I've been feeling quite anti-social recently so know I need to make an effort to go out and see people. The hardest part is getting out but once I've done it I will be glad iyswim.

Well the weather is still very wet and horrible, worrying about trains running on time as have my group interview/assessment tonight. Still worrying about it as I don't know what to expect.

Went out to see my mum for the afternoon yesterday, was good to get out of the house.

Finally got a letter from my (ex) employers saying they are waiving my notice period as I was on fixed term - getting roughly half pay tomorrow. Need a start date for admin bank or another job asap now. Glad I'm free of the last place though and definitely don't want to be in another job that I hate.

Trying to relax and do some reading up on the company before my interview later. Hate feeling sick and nervous before interviews and the actual appointment isn't until 6.30pm so waiting all day.

Thanks psycho. I think the bathroom could do with cleaning and should really be doing a bit of job hunting as well. :p

Wish I didn't have to go out in the horrible weather though, hoping it will clear up by the time I'm leaving. * hope hope* Don't think it will though!

  • It's pretty miserable here too although not raining yet. You will be fine, clean the bathroom (although its a horrible job) as it will help keep you occupied, then you can look for some more jobs! Fingers crossed it stops raining and it all goes ok.

Well that's me ready, will probably be leaving in about half an hour. Aiming to get into town about half an hour early and will probably go for a coffee before the "seminar". Still feeling uneasy as don't know what to expect, I suspect there may be some role playing involved (please, no).

The wind and rain is getting worse and don't have a heavy jacket with a hood so have dug out a hat. I'm going to get soaked and look distinctly like a drowned rat.

Bathroom has been cleaned btw psycho. ;);)

    Hi Sashybo
Hope the seminar went well. Would have messaged you earlier (And wished you luck!) but got sucked into SIMS 3. Must. Step. Away...
