Not snatched yet, lets see how it goes. I get the imression shes moving due to financial difficulties, shes downsizing, and had told the agent to reject anything under 156 as she couldn't move for any less.

Good(ish) news about the house! Get a move on Daddy NIM!

I want the boarding pass for the STD (there! I did it!) and the passports for the actual invite so we can include all of the necessary info. I'm also playing with another idea for my STDs- luggage tags with a little note saying 'Save the Date etc' on the bit where you write your address, I'll just have to see how much 20-odd luggage tags will cost!

Oooh, how about if I make save the dates with these and make up the passport invites using these? Both in Aqua blue? An invite and gift in one and cheaper to make them myself with these than to pay Etsy clever folk!

That's great news about the house Dinah, I'll glue my fingers crossed for you. Hope Poppa NIM gets home soon.

Birdie - Love the idea of using real luggage tags and passport holders for the STDs () and invites!

Sorry I haven't been on much, work has been oddly busy so I've been putting extra hours in. Not much news from me though ermm, cashing in some of my bonds tomorrow to pay for the rest of Greg. Should have him by the end of Feb which is exciting. Have my theory booked for the end of the month too, which is less exciting and more scary. Oooo, I won a comp too! Some makeup and lush goodies (: How was all your stuff btw Dinah?

Haven't really had time to catch up, hope everyones okay xx

Poppa NIM is odd, he sent an email saying 'back next week', his other son thinks he's back tomorrow, and his dad wasn't even aware he'd been out the country 3 weeks!

Lush stuff good although the face mask went mouldy 2 weeks before the due date even in the fridge :(

    Excited for you and Greg!

Hello all! It is quiet today! I've been looking at wedding invites on Etsy, I wish I hadn't as I've mentally spent a fortune! I want boarding pass style cards for save the dates and passport style info-invites. I downloaded templates to make them myself but have no idea what to do! I think I'll just have to suck it up and pay to get them made as I'll never make them look as good as they do if I make them myself, but it's a shame!

They are amazing invites Birdie. I love them!

Ooh Dinah - it's all so exciting. I will wait for baited breath for NIM's Dad to get in contact so it can be taken off the market.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news..but have you seen this??

Open University pulls plug on Tesco-funded degrees

Thousands of students could be forced to give up their studies after the Open University's (OU) decision to pull a scheme that offers existing undergraduates free education using Tesco vouchers.
Many students will now have to find additional funding despite being told, when their courses began, that their education could be financed in full using vouchers.
In the past the OU has allowed students in any year to use vouchers, yet last week it announced only new first year students could do so from 1 June - squeezing those already studying towards degrees out.
The news has caused outcry in the MoneySavingExpert.com forum, while a Facebook group was set up this week on the subject.
One student told MoneySavingExpert.com she has been badly let down by the OU.

Yeah we've seen it. Not happy. Basically what we're going to do is prebook as many courses as we can using Febuarys vouchers, and borrow mums vouchers in case the May ones don't arrive in time, so we can book Septembers and some of Februarys courses using them, the 3rd and poss 4th year we'll have to use Tesco vouchers for holidays and holiday money for study.
