Oh, our offer on the house has been accepted, now we need to find someone to do a survey... wonder if our IFA would know how to find one?!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Congrats on the offer being accepted
How are you going to celebrate this evening? Hope it involves Cava or Champagne!!!
Good day here moneywise. OH got his back tax so it is reflected in my baby savings sig. I have to go for a growth scan next Thurs as the bump hasn't grown since 35 weeks (am now 38 weeks). Was a bit upset yesterday but spoke to a midwife friend and she has reassured me. I will have to prepare that I might have to be induced though if the baby hasn't grown much.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
DFD:Nov 22/June 22
Mortgage: €199,712

Not the valuation survey, the proper survey, structural one. I'll ask the IFA.clearmydebts wrote: »Congrats on the offer being accepted

Not really celebrating tbh, not counting on our chickens before they hatch, which will be the day we exchange.
Try not to worry CMD I'm sure there is a good reason, and being induced isn't the worst thing in the world xDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
