Half way through the week already, is it me or is this week flying past?? Supposed to snow here today, just hope it doesn’t stick.

Should be a NSD today, can’t get to the post office as they got robbed yesterday afternoon so will be closed today.

Go lots of other useful things to do, my plan is as follows:
    • Change beds - Done
    • Finish washing - Two loads done, three more to do
    • Hoover through - Done
    • Wash up and put away - Done, even cleaned the oven
    • Bin scrap paper and sort toys out - Paper binned, toys to be ejected from lounge/dining room to do - Done
If I finish that lot, I’m sure that there’ll be other bits to do.

Off to get motivated, have a good day everyone.

I think it is just you, tea, my week is going soooo slowly!! But at least I wasn't robbed like your poor post office  I hope no one was hurt.

Have a good day, and I look forward to seeing you on flylady sometime - I am off there this week, as lack of sleep is not providing me with sufficient energy to work/run DD around etc AND do housework, but as from 1st Feb, I will be like a woman possessed!

As far as I am aware no one was, this is the first time in all the 9 years I've lived here that this has happened.

Have been running around like a headless chicken this morning and I still have bits to do but whilst the momentum is there I am trying to keep rolling with it.

On to my next job....my exercises from physio then a cup of tea.

  • Didn’t update yesterday as I had a lazy day, I went shopping and bought the veg and fruit from the market, cheese and milk from Iceland and apart from washing up I did nothing else. Total spend £15 of which £1.40 was parking.

I have transferred £6 from Paypal so I am hoping that it will hit the bank account by Monday.

Having gone through the finances again this morning, I have worked out what still needs to come in against what is going out up to when DH gets paid again and it doesn’t look good. Much work to be done there I think if we are to break even this month…still a challenge is good. Will go through the cupboards and freezer and see what I can do meal wise next week.

I tried to draw money from DH’s Paypal account but I forgot the limit is £6 and he’s only got £4 in there.

I’ve got a few bits I need to get from Tesco’s today but other than that today will be a NSD.

Task for next week is 5 NSD’s

Got a rare treat at the moment, DH is working at the flying club and the kids are playing upstairs so got a bit of ‘me’ time :)

So I have been thinking about next week and what I need to get done. I have done the meal plan for the week and as we have everything in I don’t need to buy anything.

I have sorted out my list of chores that need doing next week and they are (so I don’t get lost):
    • Washing, dry and put away - Done-ish two loads left - Done
    • Clean bathroom - Done
    • Clean glass/mirror - Done
    • Hoover through - Done
    • Change all beds - stripped just need sorting - Finished
    • Clean lounge suite
    • De-clutter kitchen and clean floor
    • Box up books and videos hanging about - Done
    • Surveys
    • Ironing – This is a priority
I am also going to try and get some of the Flylady list done for the week.

I have Physio on Monday and the only thing I need to spend money on is on DH’s prescription a necessity so doesn’t count on my NSD’s and get him a birthday card.

I have an Asda delivery coming on Friday, this is accounted for in the budget and I am going to try and make it last us a while before DH gets paid.

My mum very kindly sent down some bits and pieces for the kids, lots and lots of clothes; that should keep them going for the year so no need to buy them anything other than underwear :D and she sent lots of Christmas cards down too and biscuit making kits and colouring books; she did also send down two packs of make your own Christmas hand puppets but I’ve squirreled them away for DH’s nieces for Christmas.

For some reason I am in a more organised place this time and I’m quite enjoying it, it makes a big change for me as I’m usually all over the place.

Going to count up my 20p’s and see if I have enough to bank :)

    Have a good weekend everyone.
