Thank you, thank you, thank you I guess I don’t see the bigger picture sometimes and it’s nice to be reminded, you ladies are lovely to me :A
I have been having a battle with the school about DD and her eating school dinners, it’s not that they don’t want to give them to her she’s just refusing to eat some of it. It isn’t that she’s fussy either, it’s due to her cyst that was removed a while back and her learning to eat different things as it won’t hurt her to chew. Anyway I’m going in to see the cook this morning as she’s asked if there is anything different that they can do for her to tempt her, she’s definitely different to her brother who’ll eat anything you put under his nose.
On the finances side of things I have got my predicted forecast of how things will look once DH is in London again. Money is going to be tight initially as I told DH I want to pay off the credit card so that I can then concentrate on the overdraft and that the credit card doesn’t get used unless we happen to have a very bad month which happens sometimes. So far so good as he seems to be in agreement, I’m going to get him to take his own lunches again which will help on the money side of it.
DH is home tonight too, so very happy as I’ve missed him
Dinner tonight is grilled chicken with a chilli and tomato sauce, potato wedges and peas.
Need to go through the freezer and get some sort of meal plan done to last until DH gets paid next week and I need to get my shopping list done so I can place my order to be delivered.
Have a good day everyone, off to get motivated.0 -

my DD still refuses to eat school dinners & although it would be much easier for me if she did, I dont think I spend anywhere near as much on her packed lunches as the dinners cost as I can buy certain things in bulk. Would it be possible for you to do your DD packed lunches until she is happier about eating school ones ?0 -
