Ive been seeing all these special offers for the mgm and was wondering in relation to flamingos which is the better hotel. I really want to go for location more then anything. Having never been to vegas before, want to stay right in the middle, which i know the flamingo is, but there is only about $50 dollars in the diffence between the two hotels.
Also if i booked now for september, is it easy to cancel if a better rate comes along.

While I am here I would like to say a big thank you to all who post on here - your many tips and recommendations are going to make my first visit to vegas go really smoothly. Flamingo gets it for location hands down, if you want to be right in the middle you will need to get transport from MGM, but the MGM rooms and casino itself are a class above.
