AprilI looove EI root beer too...we actually used our 4 free drinks for 2 Amber whatever and later for 2 root beers...I prefer the root beer.
Last I read EI would honour the vouchers with an out of state ID or something like that...Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
October , NovemberFrom the ACG website.
"Ellis Island - Due to coupon abuse, in order to redeem these coupons, you must present an out-of-state Driver's License or ID Card. Additionally, you can only redeem each of the coupons once per year and any person attempting to use the same coupon more than one time, as stated in the rules, may be asked to leave the property. Remember, any coupon must be presented along with your Passport Players Club Card and the American Casino Guide discount card."
Hope that helps.

JulySteff,
Root beer is a fizzy soft drink. It is a little like Dr. Pepper I guess
Their Amber beer is the nearest to a bitter, it was $1.50 a pint last year, nice stuff as well.
Oooooppppsss! Sounds nice! I will give that a go then:hello:My name is Steff and I am a Vegas Addict :j0 -

MayHas anyone cancelled a www.booking.com reservation? I have a couple of hotels booked for May, of which one is a lot cheaper now, so I think its best to change it?
Thanks in advance for your help.0 -
AprilYes I have cancelled a booking with them a few times - never any problems (though I always check when I book that the particular hotel is not an exception and can be cancelled at no cost). They ask for a reason and I just put 'Change of travel plans'.
Think you might not be able to book the same hotel for the same dates with them though. Try www.hotels.com instead perhaps.0 -

What do you think would be the best way for 3 people to get around, would taxis work out as cheap for 3 of us??
Taxis are fine for a bunch of you.....but youll anyway try walking up to Bellagio fountains on the first day there, get blisters, and think "it didnt look that far"!!!
Right opposite MB is the road that leads onto Koval, which goes all the way up to Wynn/FSM/Palazzo.....theres not much past there unless youve got specifics eg Peppermill, Walmart on Charleston, Downtown. If strip looks busy, tell taxi to go up Koval.
You dont want to waste your trip in a cab watching the fountains every half an hour.illegitimi non carborundum0 -
January , FebruaryHi All,
Been watching this thread for a while as I'm heading to Vegas in a couple of weeks with my wife, staying at the Bellagio and flying direct with Virgin. It'll be my second time but my wife's first, I went last year on a stag do but this time want to do the proper "tourist" thing as last year didn't even see the Bellagio fountains!!
Anyway, couple of things I wanted to ask for clarification on. We're staying down at Gatwick the night before we fly and I've read about the Virgin twilight check in, is this still available and where do I need to go to check in for the flight the night before? Also I've read that if available you can pay a bit extra at check in (£30?) and get some extra leg room seats, my questions regarding this are is it worth it (I'm about 6'2") and what's the likelihood of them being available if we do the twilight check in?
I will probably be back with other questions but these were a couple of things that were bugging me at the minute and I know all you Vegas veterans will have the answers!
Thanks all!
