Click on America /Canada discussion forum
scroll down and click on LAS VEGAS Hotels
then top right ...go to page and click on the last page for the most up to date offers
I just booked 2 weeks at the IP from the last IP offer post
I may change the second week for somewhere else but I like to have something booked as a start off....if I change my mind at a later date it's easy enough to cancel and re-book:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0 -
SeptemberNeed help finding medical insurance for Vegas for oh
He had a coronary bypass 9 years ago but is fine now...unfortunately its standard procedure for consultants to put patients onto blood pressure tablets and cholesterol tablets even tho neither are raised...it's just precautionary however all the medical companies I've tried penalise him because of this....they only seem to ask the question are you on medication for high blood pressure and high cholesterol and then assume he has these conditions which he doesn't....does anyone know where I can get a cheaper quote....the best so far is £494.46:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0 -
Septemberoooo Just been quoted £293.83 with Saga....OH is climbing the walls and tearing his hair out because he thinks that's to expensive....thank god I didn't tell him about the other quotes...That's for single trip for both of us BTW:hello: LORRAINE :hello:0

Read about this website on another thread (can't remember which) but it allows you to enter your dates for flights, then it tracks them and emails you when the price drops. I've only had a quick go so can't exactly recommend it but thought it might be of interest on here

That wasnt wise, you could have been left penniless.
I seem to remember having this conversation when you went last time;)
I guess you have to balance how much you want the holday with insurance or risking being penniless on return
Have you checked any yearly policies, they sometimes work out cheaper, although I dont know anything about preexisting condition policies
What about trying the oldfashioned way and go in to an insurance broker or ring one on the hight street
Does anyone still do that?0 -

Who do you bank with? I ask because Natwest (my parents) and my First Direct (and presumably others) have their "premium account" eg First Directory, that includes travel insurance for £12 a month. They covered pre-existing conditions such as hypertention and cholesteroemia and chrones and diabetes. Although noones had bypass, but its worth a try.illegitimi non carborundum0
