The only help or advice I can offer is, if you see a good offer on a hotel, book it there and then as long as it is refundable. You can always scout around for better offers.

I once booked Bally's at $39.50 for Friday and Saturday late one night as soon as the offer became available. I thought it must have been a mistake and it was. Next morning it went up to $199/night, but they honuored by booking.

i should have booked it i know - learnt my lesson now :( hopefully more deals will come up for a similar price, thinking i might go for 2 hotels for the length of stay, maybe 5 nights in one and 4 in another. still working out the best way to do this though! which hotels and when in the stay etc!

the direct flights come out at about £100 pp more expensive but a friend works for virgin and is gonna try to get me an upgrade (all dependent on free seats in next class up tho so cant promise anything) would u pay the extra to go direct with a chance of upgrade or save the money and go with the transfers on AA???

We're sitting at the airport waiting for our flight home. I really don't want to leave, we've had such a great time. If I didn't miss my parents and cats, I'd never go home.

Have you looked back a few pages for posted deals and have you checked all the links on page 1.

A bit confused with your maths you originally said direct flights were £800 each but indirect was £1100, but now say direct are £100 extra...does that mean indirect is £700 each ie £1400 all together or have it completely wrong.

Is there really no cheaper flights. when are you going

has anyone got any moneysaving advice on Golf in Las Vegas? None of us will be taking any clubs out there, so wondered if any of you guys had hired clubs, and which are the cheapest but best courses to play?
http://www.golfnow.com/lasvegas is a great website for cheap rates.
Personally thought Vegas was a complete rip off. Drove to Mesquite and played Wolf Creek. Superb course. Got to be good, it's on Tiger Woods ;)
You can play for $65 + $55 for club rental. Not cheap. But excellent

from reading their earlier posts it looks like 27th August to 4th september, so you have the August Bank holiday in there

    Virgin is £850 each

    Sorry didnt read that one

I am flying aug 23rd to sep 3rd with Virgin for £450 but of course I booked a while back and used 2000 miles, think it was around £530 originally

Kate can you go a few days earlier, I think from memory the flights were more expensive just after the 23rd Aug

There are connecting flights available for £545 on the 27th

Is that the price you found

sorry if this one's been posted before.

Score a suite, twice the size of a standard room, at MGM Grand Las Vegas for as little as $60 a night. The bungalow suite is 60% off on select dates through Dec. 27, and includes a separate sitting area with plush furniture, a wet bar and an oversized marble bathroom.
    Find the lowest rates on:
    • $60 ... June 30; July 1, 15; Sept. 1, 6-9; Oct. 3, 31; Nov. 1, 10, 24; Nov. 28-30; Dec. 1-2, 5-9, 26-27
    • $64 ... July 5-8; Aug. 8-12, 15-16, 24-25, 29; Sept. 27-30
    • $68 ... June 17, 23; July 11-14, 26-27; Aug. 1-5, 26; Sept. 2, 16, 19-20; Nov. 11, 22-23; Dec. 20-22
All other dates are slightly more. Weekends in December start at $84 a night.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?
