JulyCan anyone help?
Am going to see my first show in Vegas whilst there in July - La Reve (our first choice was "O" however cannot find a suitable day when it isnt "dark").
I read people's opinions on here of La Reve V O and I will take my chances! HOWEVER, has anyone sat in the "splash zone" whilst watching La Reve? I am wondering how splashed you may get?! lol.
Tickets are on sale now and we are wanting to keep costs down - if no deals come out in the near future then I will have to pay full price and wondered if the spash zone tickets arent the best choice? Any opinions/experiences?
Thanks.
PS - Started a new job on 29th March. Cant access the site from work (or my hotmail account)(((((( gutted. If I had known this prior to accepting then I may have thought twice! So I havent been on here much recently - missing my daily fix!!!!

Car - carhire3000. LA takes about 4-5 hours.....turn right at Caesars, turn left at the lights, and drive straight for 300 miles. Fill up with petrol as theres virtually nothing on the way once youre past Primm.....a diner on the left after 150 miles or so from memory, and a small town after 200 miles with a Starbucks drive-thru.illegitimi non carborundum0

Le Reve is almost always on TravelZoo. At the moment premium seats are $99.

I believe the first 2 rows are the splash zone. I have read of people saying that they were barely touched in these seats, but I supposed it depends on how splashy they are on the night.0 -

Hey guys, just want to thank people for posting good offers and just updates on their Vegas trips.
I am going out on the 15th Sep for a week with 5 other mates. This will be my 2nd time in Vegas and i cant wait.
We used the crazy 8's offer for the MGM so its worked out about £200 per person. The cheapest / most decent flight from Manchester was a 15hour duration 1 stop for £499.97 which i didnt think was too bad considering most of the offers.
We are thinking about renting a car when we are over there and maybe making a possible trip to LA, anyone advise me on if youve done this before?
Anyway guys cheers for all the info.
Regards
Mark
If you are only in Vegas for a week, IMo its not worth a trip to LA unless you want to go for something specific. As froggit says it is a 10 hour round trip and LA is enormous and attractions a long way apart. I have always stayed over for 3 nights at a time.0 -
credit_crunch wrote: »photome - it was 3 nights at mgm and was £395 for 2couples so say £98.75 per person for 3 nights - im not sure what the exchange rate is like but is is still worth waiting for a better deal in your opinion?
and we have 4 nights at wynn - i will have another look at those 2 sites and see what i come up with!
thanks for the info x
Vikki_74 answered your MGM question and I agree you should be able to get a room for about £40 per room per night (weekdays) and a kittle more weekends (fri and sat). I have booked Wynn with Cityandshow for £241 for 4 nights less quidco.0 -

i thought i noticed somewhere on mse that the outdoor pools close for winter season and not all hotels have indoor pools! so if any1 can shed any light i would appreciate it!
Prob wont be warm enough but some hotels have one pool open all year round (check hotel websites). I think Tropicana has an indoor pool.0 -
Steff, pleased to see you have got your Orleans nights booked0

I've noticed people mention the Crazy 8's deal at MGM... I've found the 2 for 1 deals that are included as well as the reduced room rates - are the 2 for 1 deals one-offs or do they exist for the entire period of your stay?0
