I knew someone would find that funny :D but I have only paid £236 for 4 nights at the Wynn:j:j

I have paid about the same for 12 nights at Excalibur. That is more like on a budget. ;););)

Have been to Vegas a few times now, and I can still stand and watch the Bellagio water show for several performances in a row... fantastic.

photome, we're staying at Orleans too. With a six week trip, we have to budget.

I was pleasantly surprised with Excalibur last year. The pool area and the room was fine, and now with the free monorail from Monte Carlo to Bellagio, we won't need to walk that part of the strip if we need to go north.

photome - it was 3 nights at mgm and was £395 for 2couples so say £98.75 per person for 3 nights - im not sure what the exchange rate is like but is is still worth waiting for a better deal in your opinion?

and we have 4 nights at wynn - i will have another look at those 2 sites and see what i come up with!

    thanks for the info x

Have stayed @ Bellagio, Mirage, Wynn, Venetian and Palazzo and I have to say my favorite is Palazzo where we stayed last week. Awsome suite for the money.

what type of suite did you get? and do you min me askng how long you were there & what you paid?

    thanks x

oh looked at booking.com and found mgm for same room & dates for $56 for 2 rooms - i have found a dollar exchange rate at 1$ = £0.6578 so it works out at £368 odd

final question of the night lol! we go in november, what is the weather normally like?! some ppl have said the pools open all yr round, and its still the weather for bikini wearing but im not so sure!

i thought i noticed somewhere on mse that the outdoor pools close for winter season and not all hotels have indoor pools! so if any1 can shed any light i would appreciate it!

Most close for the winter months (eg Nov-Feb), and those that dont are too cold to enjoy IMHO. Ive not found many indoor pools.

Tried Mirage pool in November 07 but never again - its even colder when part of your body is above the water!!!
