I am still umming and argghing about booking the Wynn with Cityandshow or atlaschoice...I am more tempted with Cityandshow as their cancellation rate is less (£30). Has anyone used Cityandshow for a hotel in Vegas. I still think the prices are wrong. The old saying if something looks to good to be true etc. BUT I am so tempted...4 nights for £2410

I have used City and Show several times with no problem, I have a couple of bookings with them currently for Wynn.
They have Wynn 4 nights at Easter weekend inc Fri/Sat for £265
They are also on Quidco for 2% cashback0 -

If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0

MarchIn Vegas at the moment flew with US Airways and no green I94 form they have gone paperless at last .I am just curious as to how they log you out of the States without collecting the green stubs at the gate?
I used a shuttle for the first time from McCarren, never again it took ages to appear and overall it took 1 hour 15 mins from paying to arriving .It only takes 35 mins to walk to the strip when I am in ultra MSE mode.0 -

Very true - but to us it's worth it to have 10 hours of no stranger beside us...and if they are the extra legroom seats it's even better.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
Aprilferf!
Thanks so much for this!!
On each of our four trips to Vegas I have tried and failed to get photos taken with cubs!! This suits our dates for this year's trip and we will DEFINATELY have this on our "to do" list!
Fingers crossed I dont pick the day that they finish half day again! lol.

It's a wonderful thing - we did it several years ago with an older cub and have always wanted to have our photo with a younger one (especially if he or she is young enough to sit on my lap!) - so I'm so excited that it looks like we will finally get a chance! I cried last time - if it's a little cub, I may just explode from the cuteness.
They do normally only do the photos a couple of hours a day and not 7 days a week though.

Oh dear - Im fearing this flight from Vegas to LGW. At least I only have one way on it I guess :rotfl:
Im going to ring and ask about extra leg room etc, from looking online they all seem to be taken, ill keep looking though
Any other tips for making it bearable?
Also - quick Flamingo hotel question - do the Go Deluxe rooms have fridges in them? I cant see that they have from their website - just wondered if anyone here has stayed in them. Not sure whether to upgrade or not, but i love having a fridge for cold diet coke/water0 -
Aprilwell the worst that can happen is they can cancel the booking . Back in the first ever LV thread , Hotels.com mis priced The Wynn and several people booked it up, went and stayed and never heard anything .
And we're still reaping the rewards from our one night there.

That one night my husband had a great run at the slots - won back all we'd lost that whole day and since then have gotten good (sometimes great) offers from them. Any idea how much this costs? This is definitely on our to do list, I love animals, and cats especially so holding a tiger cub will be mindblowing.
This may sound like a daft question, but are the tigers and all other animals in Vegas really well treated and looked after?0
