Does anyone know if the Blue Man group tickets appear at the discount ticket booths or should I reserve it it advance?

    Cheers

Keep an eye on this site I noticed they had Blue Man group tickets reduced here....but these are for March you'll have to go back nearer to your trip date

We have already decided that we will be returning to Vegas in 2011, which means we will have more time to plan and a bigger budget than for this year's impulsively booked trip done on a shoestring budget. We intend to go end of April / beginning of May again, so can anyone tell me when the flight prices are likely to be released for then? Will I get the best flight price if I book as far in advance as possible, or would I be better to wait and see whether prices come down, or for when airlines have a sale?

Flights are normally released 330 days in advance but in my personal experience, I usually find the cheapest prices around 3 months before the date. Also keep an eye open for flight sales.

If early payment is not an issue, then I would also reserve hotels/car hire/airport parking well in advance. This can insure against a large drop in the value of the GBP but MAKE SURE they can be cancelled without penalties. (on this note, if you use carhire3000 remember that the free cancellation only applies to bookings paid in full)

For those of you wondering about seating on planes, try this site http://seatexpert.com/. Really useful site!

Thanks for that, seems my seats are more towards the front so first off so will be happy with that instead of queing for immigration

Hi everyone, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who contributes on here. After my DH surprised me with the question of whether or not we should head off to Vegas to get away for a few nights - I've spent ages trawling through all these posts to find out all I need to know.
I have no idea how you do it - but a most sincere thank you!
We're off in June and yet to book hotels (price, versus quality versus location - there needs to be some sort of formula!) but we're getting there!

    Hiya Lexis!
Any questions welcome! Its nice to have a fellow planner :)

I feel really bad for your poor Dad! I have no idea how long that takes to heal - but lets hope he gets the all clear to fly etc well before your planned date! Thats going to be complicated with booking things isnt it....?

Thanks Steff, nice to know I'm not being annoying!

Unfortunately dad's just been told it's a minimum 8 weeks in plaster with no travelling. Seeing as we were aiming for the 26th April this is not a good outcome - for him or us:(

    Oh Lexis!

So sorry to hear your news :(

    Whats your plan B then?

So, 8 weeks takes you up to early May time - will you wait till then?

On a positive note it will give you even more time to plan and enjoy the anticipation!

OR - will you change your decision and get married here with your Dad in plaster?
