After months of pondering we have finally changed our booking for May...

Thanks to the Crazy 8 deal for MGM posted a few weeks back and some cracking deals via AtlasChoice I have amended our plans. We were going to stay for 9 days in a Celeb Spa Suite at the MGM and we booked this via lastminute.com, 50% off meant the total price was £620. However, I felt we rushed into this, so I cancelled that (paying a £20 cancellation charge from the website) and have rebooked a standard room at MGM for 5 nights at $408 and 4 nights at the Wynn for an amazing £375 all in (we upgraded to a Panoramic view to ensure we are on a higher floor) Bargain I think and only about £20 more than our original quote. Never thought we would be able to stay somewhere as glam as Wynn ever!

Thanks to Luci who (I think) posted the crazy 8's deal and thanks to the poster who recommended AtlasChoice.

    Roll on May 11th!!

Nice one cloudy_nines! Booking direct(ish) is the way to go as you can take advantage of all the offers, but even direct isn't beating the Atlaschoice rates. However you have to be certain with Atlaschoice as their cancellation fees are quite high.

However AC aren't cheaper for the dates I have booked at the Encore. I am $270 for 2 nights and AC are $598.

Tempted to book for 2 adults and either hope for the best or offer to pay on check in..its normally $50 per night extra there

I booked Wynn through City & Show 4 nights over August bank holiday £297, thats including Fri/Sat nights

All economy seats are the same...KNACKERED...some couples like to sit near back as there are 2 seats on their own I believe.

Just checked and I sat in 29A on way back a couple of years ago, nothing wrong with position as you will be off the plane relatively quickly, but it was the most uncomfortable flight of my life. I now take a cushion on board with me

Thanks for the advice I will remember to take a cushion with me!!

I also wonder if the cheap prices are wrong as it makes the wynn £61 a night. but more than doubles with the extra person (which it shouldnt) I think the prices will be honoured but do wonder how much longer they will be available

Wynn charge $50 extra per person over 2 per night - so maybe that's part of it?
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

It's on page 1. ;) But always useful as a reminder - I love getting the weekly emails as it's always nice to see what's on offer.

Getting close to our trip - honeymoon in May, just sorted the travel insurance, got to book a hire car then I think everything is taken care of.

I have one of the www.booking.com deals from about september, $109 per night at the Wynn, and have checked again and cannot find anything to beat it :)

Cannot wait for the big day and the honeymoon.
