Yes I did click on the Book Now button. It was when I changed Select Rate to 21 Day Adv Purchase that it said it was non-refundable.
Try this link:

The rate should be SPRING FLING. What dates are you trying, I'll check what happens on my machine if you like ?0 -
JuneSPRING FLING promo is for dates to end of March0

I've just booked a week in May, no problems.
EDIT: Just put in 18th - 25th September also, seems to work OK.0 -

JuneSuites at the Platinum Hotel and Spa can command rates of $159 per night. This condo-style hotel located one block off The Strip just launched a $99 special that also includes daily Internet access and a bottle of Kenwood wine or champagne per stay, a $35 value. This offer is available seven days a week through March 31.0

No, I just click the link, then select my dates, then click the 'Solitaire Suite 950sqft' under room type, then 'Continue this reservation'. Seems to work fine here, very strange !
EDIT: Just tried to do it again and it now says 'Not available' - I then closed the webpage down, reclicked the link and it works again. It seems to stop working if you go back and change the dates. Try clicking the link, then just select the exact dates you want. Even December (over Xmas) works on mine.0 -
Junenevermind, I am more than happy staying at Wynn/Encore anyway....will be there again next week to see Garth...:)0

Aprilthe Platinum link seems to work OK for me for random dates in November...it sounds very nice, but as with Signature, for us not having a casino would be a bit of a downer I think...though I could see at some point opting to stay somewhere like this...maybe.
Also their T&Cs include this:
A CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT OF $100.00 PER NIGHT IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN FOR INCIDENTIALS. IF USING A DEBIT CARD THE FUNDS WILL BE DEBITED FROM YOUR ACCOUNT, AT THE END OF YOUR STAY ANY FUNDS OWED WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU FROM YOUR BANK IN 10 TO 20 DAYS
Is that normal? That seems a looooooong time to me. We don't use a debit card for hotels anyway, but that could be a nightmare for someone who did if they didn't read the T&Cs/Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Still so jealous! Can't wait to hear about it when you're back. I've signed up to be notifed when the next lot of tickets go on sale but not holding out a lot of hope as the only weekend for our next trip is Easter and I could see Easter being one of the times Garth had negotiated out of so he could be with his family.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

Thanks for that. You mentioned earlier about using the 21 Day Adv Purchase (although that post seems to have been deleted) and that's what I was trying and getting wrong.
Not sure the Platinum's for us, but it does look like a really nice hotel.0
