I really think everyone should be treated the same. I was polite on the phone but they would not combine my orders and they suggested I cancel and re-order. To see people are being given credit after others have been asking the same thing and getting nothing seems unfair.

Clearing the sale stock quicker wont make them any money given the reductions as its unlikely that they are making a profit on the bulk of the low price sale items and if they are it will be minimal. Giving free delivery on sale items would not be cost effective especially if no min order limit.

However, its personal choice to make so many orders and the delivery charge is clearly stated. From the prices i've paid for some of the items it more than cancels the delivery charge out plus no hassle of getting to town, parking, finding the item etc.
