returned pat butchers earring selection for a refund a while back now - got a refund on the other jewellery and then last week the earrings arrived back - no note or anything - anyway I rang customer services and she started to say dont refund earrings and I jumped in and explained about no pictures at time of sale etc and also had returned within 7 days etc etc - well you know whats its like for their ordering numbers on delivery note etc - she said to me how much do you think you are owed back so I told her and she went into my order and just refunded things until she got the correct value - she said that as they were sale items and they were no longer in stock that even though I had the order item numbers they were now useless so just refunded things from my order until it got me the right amount - meanwhile if there is a Pat Butcher dress up night I will be ok I will have a choice of earrings - lol

been in my basket since back then but it was £5 not £3 like the others colours were so I was too mean to get one :rotfl:but when I saw it was £1 I got one last week.
There was 12 in stock for months and months, I bought 1 so 11 left, now only 2 so MSEer have snapped them up as there is no way to find them without the link.

Ah thanks for that DD is only 7 but a size 1 already. I lost everything out of my basket when they cleared the links. This thread so reminds me of hardly any sleep for a week lol. BUT I have a great wardrobe full of clothes!
