Has anyone else got the alcohol gifts on dispatching soon but being extended every few days as the date approaches?

Why don't they just cancel them or do you think they may actually turn up one day?

i ordered my whisky and jug set 31st december and got a new dispatch date for the 5th febuary this morning

How do they process the refunds? do you get an email detailing what you have returned and how much they have credited your card with? Any idea how long that usually takes? I returned quite a few items yesterday, presume it will take a week or so for the refunds to be done?

poet123, I didn't get an email just a credit for each returned order into my account in about 4/5 working days:)

I had an email 3 days after I sent returns, that was how I knew they had not refunded me for the earrings.

I get an email for each order, even if I returned things from several orders all in the same box. The email details how much the refund is, what the item was, what card it will be refunded onto etc. It says to allow up to 10 working days for it to show up.

ETA it seems to take about 3 working days after I take the box to the Post Office, for the email to arrive.
