Ooh thankyou, didn't realise the heart came in another colour. Missed the hypnotic stone in amber though.

Lots of my saved items are back in stock today, wonder if the returns are starting to show on the site.

I think only one pair of earrings are going back - but my most favourite out of this box is the Foiled Gem Stretch in Flame. Bracelet with 6 big red beads and 6 tiny silvery ones in between. Three of big beads look like the red foil sweetie wrappers from a box of Christmas chocolates. One bead is an almost purple transparant and multi-faceted. I'm drooling just describing it:drool:....but then I have got it already in my hot little hands:D.
Wish they had the necklace to match....even the earrings. Has anyone had the necklace or earrings and post the link please?

It looks phenomenal..... but I am sure I would end up which severe neck ache after a few hours wearing it. I will try it later over a red silk blouse.......with a box of neurofen on hand, just in case.;)

Have checked, the matching necklace was called Mixed Bead Chunky Necklace and was £5 but wont link in from my order history so presume it was one of the items they removed from the site in the recent cleardown. Too chunky for me but was keeping for my SIL with the bracelet but have some others on order and some on the way so may have it spare if my other items turn up.

Hi everyone.....just to let you know I e mailed M&S (Stuart Rose, but e mail was passed onto Sue Parry) with details of their online ordering system, cataloguing all the problems:
1.items coming in and out of stock
2.orders being cancelled because items are out of stock
3.items cancelled from orders
4.having to wait for orders because some items are out of stock, then other items go out of stock.
5.excess packaging being used
6.slow delivery
7.inconsistent information from customer services


She agreed with all the problems and said she would pass the information on to their IT department and is sending me a gesture of goodwill. I think the more people that do e mail her with the problems encountered then the more likely they will do something about them,

Just as a side note, if you do complain, please could you inquire about 2" longer sleeve length shirts for casual shirts. My husband is 6. 4" and needs longer length shirts. M&S have no intention of introducing longer sleeve lengths as they say there is no demand. Smart work wear shirts can be ordered online with longer sleeve length but not casual shirts.... Thanks, my rant is over...lol

Has anybody returned items outside 7 day limit? It says clothing and homeware get 35 days but no mention of jewellery other than pierced earings. I'm hoping as the jewellery comes under clothing accessories its 35 days - have a horrible necklace to return thats in time but wondering if to include the plastic bangles I had earlier in the month and get something nicer for the school donations instead.

Also, is is just the end part you enclose with the parcel, Next and Debenhams make it very clear which bits to include but M&S just says the parcel summary which is the whole receipt.

I have just sent an email via contact us - returns and refunds, selecting the order number and items I am returning, then the following -:

Please note I will be returning the above items by Royal Mail tomorrow, including pierced earrings under the distance selling regulations, furthermore I would like to add that the earrnings had no pictures or descriptions and would like to ensure that the items are refunded on receipt. received the last of my sale orders this morning very pleased got my son a pair of £20.00 walkmates boots ugg style for 3 quid and some underwear for me. all in all i received all my orders from m&s took a while but got there in the end
