I am really upset as I have just had an email with a refund of £16 short. I emailed them pointing it out and they quoted the no refund on earrings and said they have sent them back to me.

Really hope I don't end up paying for the hideous diamante chandelier earrings! Think that they may have been £7, don't mind writing off a pair of £1 earrings, but not these monstrosities!

I did get a refund on my earrings, but returned them straight away. I think you must return them within 7 days to qualify for a refund under the Distance Selling rules.

I tried to take them back to my local store & they refused - even when I asked them about the Distance Selling thing. HTH

The £16 they owe me are from £3 a pair earrings and a £1 pair of clip on ones!!!.

They are truly awful really cheap looking. One pair is a huge drop of glass stones in a chandelier style, I am soooo mad about it

Surely they can't refuse to refund clip-on earrings? There's not even a hygiene arguement with those!

I know, its ridiculous. They have not replied to me anyway so I guess they are not backing down. I can't believe that they are sticking to this rule when they have not even given descriptions of the items. How are we supposed to know they are unreturnable earrings if we don't know what they are until they arrive? its crazy

Doesn't it make you wonder who decides which items M&S are going to sell?

Their taste is a bit strange on some of the jewellery items.

I know that everyone likes different things, but some of the items on here are pretty much universally disliked!
