M&S gifts under £5 and over 70% off (hidden on site)

The jewellery items that most of us have ordered are not actually live on the M&S website - but were found as some people managed to access the non-managed content pages - hence no photos or descriptions. We were never actually supposed to see these items I think & were just lucky to find them.

I did manage to get a refund on my earrings - but reading the returns policy it seems they only have to take them back within 7 days. It is 35 days for most other items.

So I have sent a response again quoting the distance selling regulations and that there is no exclusion to earrings under their policy.

I sent another email and today someone phoned me from cs. I put my phone number on and asked them to contact me as the emails were all getting mixed up since they were about different orders and problems.

I got a refund on the earrings and postage refunded on the orders that I couldn't use the 12 1/2% off promotion on.

Got my cc bill at lunchtime £919 79p this month in the sales:eek::eek:

I am now lying down in a darkened room and never shopping online again.

Thanks ordered it, as there's 3 colours in the stone there must be 3 in the heart, I need the last one!, does anyone have another code for a hypnotic heart or know how I could find out?

What a shame we could only find one colour in the earrings too! I have the blue set which I really like, and would definitely have bought/kept more of the necklaces if I could have found earrings to go with them.

The heart one came in 6 colours! only one in stock I don't have is the black but it's full price £12!
