I think the issue has been the 1click ordering system. Which has not been working for the sale items, or not working effectively. For example, you put a order through 1click and it is supposed to be immediately processed....but then you have 90 mins to add to it, and still not pay any additional charges. However, if you have been using that system, the reality is that by the end of the 90 mins even though your order is supposed to have been processed item by item, when you come to look, all items have been held as unordered until the 90 mins has elapsed, and so many were out of stock.

So, the CS dept told me to order the normal way, and ring/email and ask for the delivery charges (which would not have been incurred had the 1click been effective) to be removed from all orders made on the same day.

I hope that explains the issue.:D

That is exactly what happened to me. I cancelled loads of orders to put them all on a one click order and I lost most of it. Lots of stuff I really wanted, like lovely chunky jumpers, and all of it gone (well onto a March delivery date!). I think the ecommerce dept need a good look at their website!

Thank you Poet, I did an order through one click and the order with most items cancelled which had some great items on, so I cancelled the whole order and thought you win some you lose some. I don't mind that I havent had any credits to my account because I have managed to get some other bargains, just means someone else has got some great bargains too!

My most recent order has already been disbatched, it seems the orders i made on the 6ty and 7th January that were due for delivery on the 15th, they were the ones he said chances are they will not arrive, if money it not taken by tonight.

just had an email to say my order placed 3rd jan has been dispached, when i checked only 1 item being delivered out of 12!! other 11 now say march ahhh. also had 3 of the alcoholic dinner sets just vanish from this order after the order had been made 3 days! sick of this site now and not going to look anymore whats the point if they just remove items without telling you afer you've ordered. good on all of you who managed to get stuff delivered.

I have had a delivery apparently (am at work!) but two parcels have been on and off the delivery van, back in the depot, at least 3 times, so I ma not sure which parcel this is but I hope it is the one with
