lol.. so true if I dont get a man I call back untill I do, and Ive had all my postage fees refunded and 13.50 worth of credit put on my account!

I spoke to two very helpful females. One credited my account with £5 due to most of my order being out of stock, and me still having paid the postage charge. The other sent me 1 item free, as the other 18 items I ordered were all out of stock (this was a Christmas Eve order before the further reductions)

I emailed yesterday politely asking if any of my delivery costs could be combined, had a response today to say that they can see I've placed multiple orders (errr, 17 :o) so they have removed......... ONE delivery charge :rotfl:

Oh well, it was better than them turning me down completely I suppose lol

Oh and on Friday I returned some items by post, so should maybe show up online soon? There was a lovely long cardi, girl's age 3-4 that was gorgeous but v sadly too small, some girls socks and tights (same sort of age), some Autograph girls tops age 18 months and some other girls clothing, can't remember all of it.

Also some 14 petite jeans, a whole assortment of men's suits 46 chest/36 waist, some bits of jewellery, ladies underwear 36D, and ladies shoes/slippers size 4.

Would be nice if someone on here managed to get them! This was mainly from my original Xmas eve orders, where I ordered extra for choice, and spent a bit much lol. Hopefully it will turn up online reduced further too.

See this is where I don't understand what people are moaning about, I know they have removed charges for people that have had items removed from their orders causing the cost to be equal to or lower than the delivery cost, but I can't see why they would remove delivery charges for orders that have been unaffected. Simply demanding that you are owed a refund because you feel you are entitled is nonsense, if their ordering system has messed up your order thsi is where they have credited, to those who have had problems with their orders.

I just had a long chatr with CS at marks and was basically told most of these items will be cancelled if money isnt taken by the end of the day, so bit of a waste, out of 6 orders only 4 things will be arriving, iam gutted!

Do you mean just your order or all of ours? I think you mean yours don't you, maybe I'm just a little confused about the whole situation now, as they take the money before they despatch which for me is end of the week.
