Just came off phone to m&S about delivery charges. if you give them 1 order number it pulls up whole order history.

spoke to a man, put me on hold whilst he looked at all my orders and he put a £20 credit on my account, very happy.

I got a response to my email, tbh i have only placed 5 orders, the first one had the postage taken off as the cocktail shaker went oos so i only had to pay for a jewellery holder on it. They have now taken delivery off one of my other orders and im going to risk reordring the rest together.
