Well today I recived an email about the order I placed on the 3rd Jan, saying new delivery date, some being 18th Jan, some Feb and some March. So lets face it wont be getting the feb and march lot and will be lucky to get the Jan lot.

I have emailed AGAIN regarding postage costs and also included a moan about the order being delayed. I emailed a few days ago about postage costs and they said there was nothing I could do but cancel and reorder in one order. I feel this is really unfair considering some people have had all charges taken away. M&S should do the same for all!

I will let you all know what they say but feel I will only get the same response.

My 'footstool' arrived this morning - a gorgeous glass vase, really lovely - especially as it's now free.

Hi there I've been waiting for my "footstool" and know I'll be disapointed, I did email CS and ask about it but reply was confusing to say the least.
