I am really fed up with cs. My first order is delayed as some items oos. Why can't they just send the rest of the order then? It is not sale stuff on the rest of the order and they refuse to waive the postage charge. My 2nd and third orders have been despatched even though I placed them days later :mad:Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0

I ordered twice yesterday - would have got lots more, but hung about trying to combine things to reduce delivery charges - & so lost loads of things. Made 2 orders & e-mailed M&S this morning to ask if the 2 could be combined - the answer e-mail said no, but when I ordered something else just now I wasn't charged delivery! Anyone know what M&S are doing with delivery charges?0

Some people on this thread have managed to get their postage refunded when they have placed multiple orders. I wonder why some people do and others don't?0

Think it depends on how you contact them and how persistent you are? If you want to combine orders the best thing to do is to make sure all items are open on seperate screens, cancel your order and keep refreshing the screens, once they are back in stock, rush to add them to checkout, I had to do that this morning when the rest of you were asleep lol.Comping wishlist for 2017

I emailed yesterday and was told to phone up and get the delivery charges removed. I called them just now and all my recent orders have had the charges taken off. All the ones that are processing or have been despatched can't be altered yet, so I was told to ring back once I have received everything and they'll take the rest of them off. I think it depends who you speak to, which is a bit rubbish really!0 -
