    Thanks everyone.
Baby Abigail is rather more troublesome than my boys were (I think it's a girl thing!). She is fine as long as she's being held or fed, but as soon as we try to put her down she kicks up a fuss. Which is fine while there's people around but I'm dreading DH going back to work tomorrow...
DS2 has chicken pox, which he's coping well with but meant he couldn't go to preschool today.

I'm recovering fine though. I always do lol, though this will definitely be the last one!

oooh ETA very excited as I got a Fruit Basket today from MIL, never had one and got ridiculously overexcitied when it arrived. Planning a monster fruit salad!

Big long to do list forming... better write it down before I start to forget stuff!

    To Do

    Make apt to register baby
    Sort out vodafone
    Freecycle boys' trousers
    Housing benefit
    Child benefit
    School application

    Fruit Salad!
June Grocery Challenge £493.33/£500 July £/£500
    2 adults, 3 teens
Progress is easier to acheive than perfection.

My belated list for today :

Empty , move and refill bookcases (theres mould appeared on the wall behind them)
    Photograph damage
    Call agent for third time
Check estate agents for new houses
    Clear kitchen
    Cook
Slap self round face for wanting to cry at mess - give self motivational talk and kick up pants!!

Sort tomorrow school clothes and outfits for big meal out

Not been a great day, had loads I planned on doing today but found that the mould that killed my wardrobe and contents has spread. Still the LL has done nothing :( So day wasted moving furniture and contents away from walls and disposing of anything contaminated, And mum just called to say she needs her old furniture taking to tip cos the new stuff they forgot to mention is arriving!!
Why does it feel that some days you move backwards??

I'm having a rubbish organisation day but I'll second the washing everyday thing. I've done it for years thanks to you know who and it is the only thing that I stay on top of really! Since I've stopped ironing I've realised how many clothes DS actually has.

I don't have that many but I have held onto things that are too big now. I just can't bear the whole clothes shopping thing.
  • congratulations Ragz she is a cutie!!!!! xxxx :D
I love to give homemade gifts. Which one of
    my kids do you want?

    Morning!

I am in full recovery, no more heady coldy feelings! I feel reborn!

    Today I will:

    - dry clothes away, wet ones up
    - [STRIKE]clean out handbag[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]ring mechanic (again!)[/STRIKE]
    - [STRIKE]15 minutes declutter[/STRIKE]

Hope you're all having a lovely day!
  • Hi all, Hope you are all ok.

I have a poorly toddler that was vomiting last night :( He managed to get it in so many places I have only just managed to get the last wash of sick covered stuff on and am somehow managing to be quite organised getting it dry. I had to scrub his carpet clean and use stain remover last night. I have been opening his bedroom window whenever he is not in the room but it still smells of sick :( (I don't think it helps that I have an extra sensitive sense of smell at the mo being pregnant!) I think I need to give the carpet another clean :( and leave windows open all day today too. He seems better now though so that is good.

I need to do a food shop but I think I might wait until dh home and go on my own.

Have an organised day everyone :D Hope all is well Ragz with you beautiful daughter. Anymore baby news anyone??
